The stories of Bastian the Wizard (part 1)

The little wizard Bastian Kalisvaart

Once upon a time, there was a little wizard named Bastian Kalisvaart. He was only five years old, but his magic was already very strong. He lived in a small village at the foot of a big mountain, where he practiced daily with his magic wand and learned from his mentor, a wise old wizard named Merlin.

One day, Merlin gave Bastian a task. He had to retrieve an important magic book from a group of dwarves who lived in the mountains. The book contained secret magic spells that Bastian needed to further develop his powers. Bastian was thrilled about this task and set off on his journey the next day.

He walked through the village, along a long river and eventually arrived at the foot of the mountain. There he began his climb to the top, but halfway up he was stopped by a big, fierce dragon. The dragon had its nest at the mountain top and was not willing to let Bastian pass. But Bastian was determined and started a fight with the dragon. He used his magic to shoot fireballs and defeat the dragon. With the dragon defeated, Bastian climbed further up, but he was once again stopped. This time by a group of trolls who were guarding the mountain. The trolls were big and strong, but Bastian was smarter. He used his magic to stun the trolls and quickly walked past them before they regained consciousness.

Finally, Bastian reached the top of the mountain where he was greeted by the group of dwarves. They were impressed by his magic and handed him the magic book. Bastian was happy and thanked the dwarves. He quickly read through the book and discovered new spells he could use. But as he was on his way back home, he was once again stopped. This time by a band of trolls he encountered on the way. The trolls were not happy that Bastian had defeated their friends, the trolls on the mountain. They decided to take revenge and attacked Bastian. But Bastian was not afraid and used his new magic spells to defeat the trolls. He made sure they fell asleep and quickly walked past them before they woke up.

Finally, Bastiaan reached the top of the mountain, where he was greeted by a group of dwarves. They were impressed by his magical abilities and handed him the spellbook. Bastiaan was happy and thanked the dwarves. He quickly read through the book and discovered new spells he could use. But as he was on his way back home, he was stopped once again. This time by a gang of trolls he encountered along the way. The trolls were not happy that Bastiaan had defeated their friends, the trolls on the mountain. Merlin was impressed by Bastiaan’s magical abilities and knew he would become a remarkable wizard. He smiled at Bastiaan and said, “You have proven to be a brave and clever wizard, Bastiaan. And you have proven that you have a heart filled with kindness and compassion. These are qualities that will take you far in the world of magic.” Bastiaan smiled back at Merlin and felt proud. He knew he had a lot to learn, but he was determined to become a great wizard. He dreamed of more adventures and exciting discoveries, knowing that the world of magic was full of possibilities and dangers. Together with Merlin, Bastiaan began a new training, determined to further develop his magical abilities. And who knows what new challenges and adventures await him in the future? But one thing was certain: Bastiaan Kalisvaart would always be ready to face them, with his magic and his heart as his greatest allies.
