Job Summary
Associate scientist and group coordinator responsible for performing gravity-flow, and AKTA-based purifications using techniques such as affinity, IEX, and HIC. Aslo used chromatography techniques such as IEX, RP, HIC, SEC using HPLC/UPLC, and CZE, and IEF for the analysis of antibodies and small molecules. In addition, provided IT support and deployment for servers and workstations, and helped deploy data integrity, quality and system development life cycle standards. Was also responsible for planning and conducting one-on-one meetings, providing training, and coaching of team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Gravity-flow, and AKTA-based purifications using affinity, IEX, and HIC techniques.
- Analyze antibodies and small molecules using HPLC/UPLC, CZE, and IEF techniques.
- Provide IT support and deployment for servers and workstations.
- Ensure data integrity and quality standards are met throughout the system development life cycle.
- Plan and conduct one-on-one meetings with team members.
- Provide training and coaching to team members.
