Technician responsible for creating optimized DNA constructs of antibodies and screening for new antibodies and scFvs using techniques such as PCR, cloning, transformation (using E. coli), and Phage display. This also involved the purification of proteins using gravity-flow and AKTA-based techniques, as well as the quality testing of produced antibodies using techniques such as SDS-page, ELISA, Western blot, and HTRF.
