Ingredients
- 100-125g oatmeal
- 2 large ripe bananas
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Mash the banana and knead all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. Form balls from the mixture and flatten into cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the oatmeal cookies for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
