Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 150g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 125g flour
  • 25g cornstarch
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

Beat the eggs with sugar until frothy. Sift flour, cornstarch and salt and carefully fold through the egg mixture.
