Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 180g butter
- 135g sugar
- 180g self-rising flour
- pinch of salt
- drops vanilla flavoring
Instructions
In a bowl, cream the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs one by one and keep mixing until well incorporated. Add the salt and self-rising flour little by little, mix until incorporated. Divide the batter over the cupcake liners and bake for 20 minutes at 175 °C.
