Sheet Pan Pizza

Homemade pizza on a baking sheet, richly topped.

Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 6g yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 300 ml water
  • 500 ml tomato sauce
  • grated cheese

Instructions

Mix the flour, oil and water into a smooth mixture and let rise for a few hours. Spread the dough on the baking sheet. Dust with flour to spread more easily. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough with a spoon. Add vegetables and meat and sprinkle cheese on top. Place in a preheated oven.
