Yeast dough for Dutch-Limburg pies.

Ingredients

  • 200g flour
  • 12g yeast
  • 1 dl milk
  • 20g butter
  • 12g sugar
  • ½ egg

Instructions

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk with sugar. Mix flour, butter, egg and the yeast mixture and knead well. Let rise.
