Brown Beans with Chorizo

Quick one-pot meal with brown beans, chorizo and bell pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can brown beans
  • 1 chorizo sausage
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 jar corn
  • savory, curry
  • 2 tsp sambal

Instructions

Chop the onion and garlic and sauté gently until translucent in some oil. Cut the bell peppers into pieces and cook along. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add. Cut the chorizo into small pieces and add. Add spices, drained brown beans and corn and bring to a boil. Add some bean liquid if needed.
