Ingredients
- 170g honey
- 85g muscovado sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200g flour
- water
- For the glaze: 55g powdered sugar, 1 tsp honey, 3 tsp hot water
Instructions
Mix the honey, sugar and eggs. Add the flour and water and mix further. Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Make the glaze by mixing the ingredients warm and spreading over the cooled cake.
