Ingredients

  • For the filling: 6 eggs, 200g sugar, 1kg quark, vanilla.
  • For the dough: see crumble dough

Instructions

Grease the cake pan and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Make the crumble dough. For the filling, mix everything well. Put crumble dough in the pan, followed by the filling, then top with remaining crumble dough. Bake for 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
