Ingredients
- Cookie crumb crust
- 225g soft cream cheese
- 1 can condensed milk
- 340g white chocolate
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
For the crust, mix crushed cookies with sugar and melted butter. Press into a greased springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 175 degrees. Set oven to 160 °C. Mix cream cheese with condensed milk. Add melted chocolate, egg and vanilla and pour over crust. Bake another 25 minutes at 160 degrees.
