Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 110g butter
  • 225g sugar
  • 285g self-rising flour
  • 4 bananas
  • 85 ml milk

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the egg, butter and sugar and beat until frothy. Stir in the milk, flour and mashed bananas, pour the mixture into a greased cake pan. Bake for 65 minutes at 160 degrees.
