Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 25g butter
- 250 ml milk
- 125g cornmeal
- 75g self-rising flour
- yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Melt the butter, mix in the other ingredients until smooth, pour the mixture into a greased cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
