Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 25g butter
  • 250 ml milk
  • 125g cornmeal
  • 75g self-rising flour
  • yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Melt the butter, mix in the other ingredients until smooth, pour the mixture into a greased cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
