Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 25g butter
  • 125g sugar
  • 50g self-rising flour
  • 150g grated coconut

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the egg, butter and sugar and beat until frothy. Stir in the coconut and flour. Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
