Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast
- 750g broccoli
- 1 can (800ml) mushroom cream soup
- crème fraiche (small)
- grated cheese
- butter
- spices (paprika/curry/salt)
Instructions
Cut chicken breast into pieces and season with paprika powder, salt and pepper. Clean the broccoli. Cook the broccoli al dente in salted water for about 10 minutes, drain well. Brown the seasoned chicken pieces in butter. Stir the mushroom cream soup (undiluted) and crème fraiche together (do not heat). Grease the casserole dish, distribute chicken and broccoli on the bottom. Pour the soup/crème fraiche mixture over it. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven.
