Ingredients
- 150g butter
- 85g dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp speculaas spices
- 250g flour
- 4 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 150 °C. Knead the butter, sugar, speculaas spices, flour and salt together. Add the milk spoon by spoon until it becomes a smooth dough. Cut the dough into 4 pieces and roll into 1 cm thick rolls. Cut into 1 cm pieces and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and flatten slightly. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
