- 150g butter
- 100g white soft brown sugar
- 200g self-rising flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Add the flour, sugar and butter in a bowl. Knead into a cohesive dough. Make walnut-sized balls and place on the baking sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake for 15 min at 100 degrees, then 15 min at 130 degrees, then 15 min at 150 degrees.
