- 3 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 500g pork
- 250g mushrooms
- 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 6 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- packet nasi seasoning
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- rice
Instructions
Cook the rice (8 min, 15 min rest time). Brown the pork quickly on all sides in a wok; add onion and garlic until onions are translucent; add pepper and salt to taste; add sambal; add mushrooms and stir-fry briefly; add nasi seasoning and cook well until meat is done; add tomato ketchup and sweet soy sauce and heat through; add peanut butter and mix well.
