Light honey tart with vanilla.

Ingredients

  • ½ pie crust
  • 240 ml milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 ml honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven. Make pie dough, roll out and place in the pan. Blind bake the crust with baking beans for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Mix the salt, eggs, milk, honey and vanilla extract. Heat the milk until it just boils (bubbles forming). Slowly add the warm milk to the honey mixture. When everything is mixed, pour the filling into the pre-baked crust and place in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
