Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 50g grated coconut
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Beat the egg well in a bowl. Add the agave syrup and mix through the egg. Add the coconut and mix until a firm mass. Spoon mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flatten to 2 cm high. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown with dark spots.
