Basic recipe for pie dough (base and lid).

Ingredients

  • 375g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 220g butter
  • 180 ml water

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Let rest in the refrigerator before use. For ½ pie dough (bottom only): 190g flour, ½ tsp salt, 110g butter, 90 ml water.
