Ingredients
- ½ pie dough
- 200ml crème fraiche or milk
- 3 eggs
- 500g meat/fish and/or vegetables
- cheese
Instructions
Line a greased tart pan with the pie dough. Mix crème fraiche, eggs and cheese. Place the filling and the egg mixture on the crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Examples: 400g broccoli, 3 tomatoes, 200g grated cheese. Or: 1 zucchini, 150g goat cheese, 3 tomatoes.
