Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 250g butter
- 215g sugar
- 290g self-rising flour
- pinch of salt
Instructions
In a bowl, combine half the egg, the butter and sugar with a pinch of salt and beat until frothy. Stir in the flour and pour the mixture into a greased cake pan. Smooth the dough with a wet spoon and add the other half of the egg. Bake for 40 minutes at 155 degrees.
