Pasta with Tuna Sauce

Creamy pasta sauce with tuna and capers.

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 3 shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 dl white wine
  • 1 package cooking cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 cans tuna in oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Add olive oil to the pan and sauté the chopped shallots and garlic until translucent. Add the white wine and cooking cream. Let simmer for 5 minutes, then add 1 tbsp flour to thicken the sauce. Add the cans of tuna and mash it. Finally add the capers and let the sauce simmer briefly. Puree with an immersion blender and season with salt and pepper.
