Ingredients
- For the crust: 190g flour, 1 tbsp cocoa, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 50g sugar, 110g butter, 90 ml water.
- For the filling: 300g dark chocolate, 3 ripe avocados, 80 ml milk, 160 ml honey, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp cocoa
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Make the dough and knead well. Refrigerate until the oven is heated. Press dough into tart pan and blind bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Blend avocados, milk and honey into a puree. Mix cornstarch, vanilla and cocoa into the puree. Melt chocolate and mix in. Spread filling on the crust and let cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
