Ingredients
- 45g flour
- 235 ml water
- 110g butter
- 85g cocoa powder
- 400g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 260g flour
- 2½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 100g walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 23x33 cm pan. Mix 45g flour with water in a pan, simmer until thickened and let cool. Melt the butter and add cocoa, mix and let cool. Mix sugar and vanilla into the cooled flour mixture. Add the cocoa mixture and add the remaining flour with baking powder and salt. Optionally add nuts. Spread the mixture in the pan and bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the brownie cool before cutting into pieces.
