Ingredients
- 250g mixed minced meat
- 1 tbsp sambal oelek
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper
- 10 sheets puff pastry
Instructions
Mix the minced meat with sambal and grated nutmeg. Mix with 1 egg and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Roll small sausages from the meat and refrigerate. Let the puff pastry sheets thaw and brush with the other beaten egg. Place the sausage on top and fold the dough in half. Press firmly. Let the sausage rolls rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Brush the tops with egg and bake for 25 minutes.
